Anyone have any experience with these? I'd love for my factory boost gauge to work right. I was told that even after calibration these don't work too well. Is that true?

Also, I tried removing my dash overlay, and couldn't get the lense off of the boost/tach to come off. It was stuck half on the gauge and half on the panel that I was taking off. Which does the lense belong on, the gauge itself or the black overlay thingy?

The stock gauge was calibrated to work with a 2 bar map 2.5V = 0PSI 5V=15PSI. So if you have a 3 bar map driving your alky kit it still won't read right.

The overlay for the boost/tach is mounted on the back of the lower piece of the cluster (the one with the fuel gauge) with two small rivets. Good luck getting it back on. It's not a piece that can be removed. My boost gauge functions perfect and will match my SW boost gauge pound for pound. Well at least till 15lbs ;). Give John a call. He is the guru of Buick dashes and repair.
