Casting number of TTA heads please??

I know the 7148 and 7515 part is correct. 3.0 circa 85-88

The early cars 84-86 were pretty much 7148's.. The 87-88's were 7515. The bottom of factory TTA heads have 515 under the intake port.

Factory TTA heads are 25536702.

All look the same.

If you open the oil filler cap and look inside, you can see the numbers. I saw a set this moring at the boneyard..

My mind is a little fuzzy on the 7148 number.. may be 2428, or 4248.. I know it has an 8 as the last digit.

Hi,
Don't be surprised if the casting number deviates from the known part number;this is almost always the case.I beleive that you are dealing with an engineering or foundry number.
