Sorry to hear about that...

That's a rotten thing to do. He probably didn't reply the emails 'cause he knew that they weren't leather. Well, thank goodness I believe in 'what goes around, comes around.'

Damn Geoff... sorry that had to happen to you...

To relate to this... the T/A I bought on December 23, 2004 as a Donor car for my MCSS, was reported stolen an March 29, 2005...

Anyhow, no legal hassles, just out the cash... I had HPD recover the now running T/A from my house (It wasnt running when I brought it home) on March 31, 2005. It seems the original selling of the car stemmed from a domestic dipute, and both the owner and the wife were full of doodoo... as well as the guy that sold me the car...

Screw um all... Right Geoff?

Rob

Geoff and Rob - Sorry to see you guys get ripped off like that. That SUCKS!! I hate to see bad things happen to good people. Unfortunately it seems like there's a lot of full-of-crap rip off artists lately...

Dam it Jim

Sorry to hear that Rob and Geoff it really does suck gettin TAKEN, I speak from experience as most of you know.........Randy

I try to look for the good in things...

At least I didnt have the car in pieces in my driveway when I found out it was "hot"... THAT could have been a BIG problem...

The guy got his missing car back, if it ever was "missing" to begin with... I'm out a small amount of cash:( (OK, not that small) but I'm not in jail, and I'll live to wrench another day... Next time, regardless, I'll get the title...

Life is good...

The day I found out the car was outstanding code 10.. (stolen) everything kind of went to crap.... I had serious notions about getting out of the car scene, selling my toys, tools, everything...... but my wife talked some sense into me... Thank god for good women!

Squishy squishy (Greg cleaning his ear).

Thank God for women? After being married for a couple of years I don't expect to hear this kind of stuff! ;) Nah, my wife actually talked me into buying my current GN. :D

But I won't mention what she told me to do about gokada.

I hear you Rob!! Sorry about your misfortune as well as Geoffs and everyone else for that matter but, thank God for good women!! My wife was the one that talked me out of selling my "broken" GN and even now she still gets on my case about hurrying up to fix it! Well, hopefully all of our fortunes will take a turn for the better soon.
