While I was taking a picture of the tach, I snapped one of the stereo as well (I have a borrowed digital camera from work). I wanted something factory looking, but GM Bose units are too pricey. I bought this from Crutchfiled for about $150. It's a 1.5 DIN like the 84/87 Regals use, instead of the original shaft style found in eariler cars. It needed a little work and a 84/87 faceplate to get it to fit into the '83 dash . While it certainly isn't "factory", it's not too obnoxious either. It sounds great, but otherwise it's not too good of a stereo. Between the trans' shift kit and Bilstein shocks, it's usually skipping.
