center cap insert removal

I have firebird center caps for GTA/GNX wheels and wanted to replace the insert with the power 6 logos but cant figure out how to remove the insert all the caps are fine but the inserts are cracked chipped and im not sure how long decals would last. Any advice or tricks on doing this?

I just used a small screwdriver from the inside where the holes are... just push gently, mine came off easily.

I used a heat for a set of GTA caps that I bought. Just put a heat gun to the under side of it. Once its warm just slowly push on the other end through the hole with a small screwdriver or dowel.

i put the heat gun to it it worked pretty good but it wasnt going anywhere without it those thinks werent going anywhere
