Center Cap

Hey, Gene here. Wondering if maybe someone in the community can help with this minor problem on this sad day. A couple years ago i bought these wheels, i believe from a gentleman in Illinois. I broke my phone and lost all my numbers and cant remember his name. When i crashed my car the center cap must have popped out. Am wondering if anybody has seen these and could possibly direct me on how to get another,best regards Gene

They look like prime rims. I actually seen a set (if they are ) at the rt 66 swap meet. I know most of those venders will be at the Morris swap meet at the end of the month
