center caps

Hey guys i am selling a pair of center caps to someone and i am looking for a fair price to let them go at. I dont want to rip the guy off so i am asking you all b/c i have never bought or sold a pair of these. They came new with the car and are the tri shield buick ones(in black) and have never been on the car. No scratches or anything like that i mean they are brand new. Any input will be appreciated. Centercaps for what? Sounds like TType wheel centercaps with a tri shield. They cost about $50 each new. Way overpriced.

Yeah, I stopped at Jay's GN in Youngwood here, and he said to me "You should buy some spare caps you know... only $60 each"... I had to laugh at that.

i sold them for 80 bucks thats 20 a shot i figured that was fair since they came with the car when i bought it and i dont need them. I think 50 or 60 a piece is a little crazy. Harry

FWIW & IMHO:
Why bother worrying about whether they are priced fair or not. Just put a price on them and if they sell, then the price was acceptable to at least the buyer. Better yet, E-bay them, then you will be getting the most bang for the buck. Aren't there any new car dealers in your area that might be interested in purchasing them at a "fair" price.
