Full set in good condition. Yes they are the proper offset for a GN. 4" Has some kicks on the edge but will polish up nicely.

I just picked these up but decided to go another direction.

Here is what they look like on a GN, except these are 15x8's all the way around. the set I have are 7" for the front.

also the nicks on the edge are very very minor and there's 1 ding on one center cap. also minor. This is not like curb rash.

Neither will be noticeable when the wheels are cleaned up/polished.
