I would like to thank the central ohio buick club and Jeremy Wood and his wife for their great hospitality and food. They are great people to talk to and deal with and some very nice Buicks also. Even though I am not from around there they invited me and made me comfortable. We even got to play PS2. Never had a chance to. Got to talk Buicks racing and bench racing. I real bunch of class act guys there who were very nice and welcomed me with open arms. If you ever have a chance to get together with these guys do it. Some of their members have some interesting ideas and cool toys to play with. I can not wait until the next one. I can not wait to you all at the next get together, next week or so? Again want to thank all the people there for the great welcome and they really do keep the " Fast with Class " motto alive and well in columbus.

That comes as no surprise...

No, I wasn't there. I couldn't book the flight in time and the lear jet was in the shop getting a GN motor put in :D Still, I'll bet it was a great time. Jeremy and his wife are both great people. You think a BBQ is good.. you should see a wedding. :)

I hope this does become a tradition... and I hope I'm around for the next one.

Anyways... couldn't agree with ya more. Really great people there.

Thanks for the kind words guys. Although I'm not sure you could classify us as a club. No dues, no meetings, no newletters. We just kinda get together and hang out at the track and about every month or so at a restaurant to show off the cars to local restaurant patrons and to BS.

My wife and myself enjoyed having everybody over. We'd love to have you all down again. Although it looks like I need more parking!

gn85 -- Hey CW we'll catch you down here some day I'm sure, of course I'll try to meet up with you while you're back in the states.

machinegun -- d00d I'm glad you enjoyed the PS2. Rally racing in GranTurismo3 is always a hoot!

We'll be sure to let everyone know when we are planning the next meetup. I do expect to see all of you guys up at the BPG Test and Tune on July 31st! Yours truly has been dubbed the head cook so look for me with the grill up there making food between runs! ;)

Hey Jere,

Just got word that gn85girl is disappointed (but understands) that Banditgirl :) can't get drunk.

What's this BPG Test and Tune... exactly where is that? Not sure if I can make it, but it's a definite maybe.

Funny you mention that CW, Tracy (who's never liked beer in her life) has done nothing but crave beer since she got pregnant. That's my boy! ;)

LOL!! That's a good one Jere. I just went in the fridge and on the bottom shelf some nice cold German beers... *smack* *yum*. Just teasing... I know how Tracy is.. she likes the cocktails but doesn't like the day after. :)

I'll see what I can do about coming up. We have a lot of weekend trips on our agenda. One of which is e-town at the end of August.

anybody up for the first annual machine gun buick head gasket changing get together? Jeremy, looks like my coolant was going via a head gasket. Thought you might want to know. I will have the heads off of it later tonight.

Crap man that sucks. I may be able to help you out sometime next week. I've go a computer job to do starting monday that will take me a day or two. I dunno, give me a call and we can talk about it.
