I'm changing from my champion iron heads to a set of champon GN1s. The aluminum's flow between 30 and 35 cfm diff more at the .500 on both intake and exhaust. How much more hp will that make? also at .400 the aluminums make 30cfm on intake and 11 more on exhaust.. just wondering.

Not much more at all unless you increase the speed of the engine.

On NA motors we normally figure 2hp per CFM providing all the supporting hardware is in place (cam, carb, compression). An educated guess would tell me it's different on a turbo motor, probably better results even, but I doubt it would be by much. Maybe 2.5hp per CFM with supporting boost and fuel.
