Champion AC Delete Bracket - Which Serpentine belt to use ?

Installed a Champion AC delete (w/ power steering & alternator) bracket recently and looking for inputs on which Serpentine belt (Manf & PN) to use. The stock belt is too long.

I got my delete pulley from Cotton's. I don't recall the manufacturer, but I got my shorter belt from O'Reillys. The factory length belt ends with 640, I got the one ending with 630 (I think the numbers are the length of the belt in inches?) There was also a 635 if the 630 is too short.
