changed fuel pump now no pressure?

just changed the pump with walbro 340 and hotwire kit, no pressure on first start up. checked wiring -ok. hit bottom of tank and the pump worked? worked for 2 days and happened again. any idea? thanks

Sounds like a short somewhere. I know you said you checked that but you may want to check it again. Other than that it may be a faulty pump.

It could be the ecm or ecm wiring.

It's hard to say, nothing is impossible but I would recheck everything in the wiring and relay set up for a start

Make sure you got a good ground- you can add a ground strap from tank to chassis- should help. Also check the fuse.
