Charcoal cannister

Ok guys, let me know if this should belong to the resto section of the board. But anyways, I'm putting my charcoal cannister back on, and am seeing only two, what looks like galvanized sheet metal bolt tabs on the bottom of the cannister, though I think I see three mounting holes where it used to be, on the car itself. I can't help but see that only two mounting points would make this cannister a bit unstable. Were there three, or just two originally?
