Are these shocks good for a daily driver, or are they really stiff/harsh? I'm looking to change my stockers this spring.

Fantastic for a driver. They make a huge difference and are probably the best stock replacement you can get. KYB's are a cheaper alternative and are also very good. Of course, if your car has a lot of miles on it any new shock will make a large difference. When I pulled mine off I could fully compress and extend them with no effort. KYB's in the back and 90/10 drag shocks were an improvement.
