chip doesn't match injectors

The car has white Bosch 0280155737 injectors and have found they're 33lb. Just removed the computer chip and it's labeled "93 octane 36# 46MPH.

Firstly, why is this chip burned for 36# injectors when the Bosch are 33#? Or...did I find bad info about these injectors?
Secondly, what does "46 MPH" mean?

The chip has "RN" molded into the bottom, and someone wrote "Mod Hyper" on the inner side of the chip. Also says JD Philippines 8642.

Anyone recognize these numbers?

The only code present is a 45(rich) and the plugs are black. I set the fuel pressure at 43psi...going by the limited info I've found on these injectors. Regardless, I plan to upgrade to bigger injectors with a known matching chip at some point, but want to make these work for now. Anyone have any thoughts?
