chip for 50 lb injectors

is a chip needed to run 50 lb. injectors on a close-to-stock GN? if so what chips are out there that you guys recommend?

Yes you need to get a chip burned to match the injectors, otherwise the car will run like crud. Just about any of the TR vendors can make a decent chip, I personally like Jay Carter's stuff & Ramchargers.

I am running the Jay Carter adjustable timing chip with my 50 lb injectors on the street. Have had no problems with it and feel that it's a "safe" chip to run. As you increase the boost timing is is taken out so you don't knock. Down side is that you have to buy a 3 bar map ($50) so the chip can read the boost.
