I've got a Commander Chip from Full Throttle for 60# and 93 octane (timing 19/17, variable), for use with the stock MAF sensor, and with anti-theft. The chip was used for a year and less than a 1000 miles. I have the documentation that came with the chip.

Settings are: CSO34A1F.
