Chip ID help

I have a Kenne Bell chip that came with my car trying to find out
what the specs are on it Part # 90061+F3 the plus sign could be a small t not real sure. Thanks for any help on this.

Forgot I also found a chip in the car with APXB 3897 , any Idea what octane this chip would be used for ?
