Chips for 3800 NA engines

Although this is non-turbo related, I'm asking if any of you folks know where I can obtain a chip for my 1991 Olds 3800 FWD? I'm just looking for something to add a little HP and torque for towing purposes. This engine uses a Mem Cal chip just like our TRs. There is a company here in Orladno called Superchips who makes them but their price is a bit rediculous compared to what we pay for chips for our TRs. Can anyone give me a lead or two? Thanks
