Chips for sale

I have a few chips I would like to sell:
009 - PTE Street 93, 20* 16-17PSI - $25 shipped.

2 Red Armstrong chips I need help deciphering.

2 ATR/Pitbull chips I am assuming are worthless, are they even worth the chip and holder?

Are 009's with unknown mileage and years old just sitting in a ziplock in the garage of any value?
