Did all Regals (turbo, or not) have governors (I doubt non-turbo had a 124mph)? Also, are there any chip mods that can be done to the v8 Regals to pep it up a little. All the emissions and EGR really make my 307olds quite slow. I do realize it wasn't made for tire melting power, but my dad's saturn might contest
