Hey, whats up? This is my first post on the board. I drive a dsm, but love the turbo buicks so I decided to come aboard.

Anyways... just wondering if anybody knows of any pics online of this car mentioned in the title. It was featured in the Nov. issue of popular hot rodding, but I havent been able to find pics of it. Car owner is John Weeden, and the motor was built by Fast Times Motorworks in Chicago. Just curious if anyone knows of any websites/pics of the car? thanks

The most important thing you need to know about that car is that is not built on the stock frame, it's a tube frame. Ford 9" rear etc. A swap into a Conquest could be done, but would require ridiculous fabrication to do it.

Funny when this subject came up to me first was in April when Bruce told me he wanted to put a brand new GN motor in a Conquest. He died a month ago when I mentioned seeing the article about his dream being lived by someone else. We are currently looking for another suitable transplant. Mark

Anyone know if you can get restoration parts for the Conquest? Chrysler dealer maybe? The reason I ask is that I saw one in the wrecking yard recently and thought the seat belts with "TURBO" printed all over 'em would look cool in my street rod!
