What is error code 136 on an old FAST box?

You really can't go by those codes. As the firmware changed over the years, those codes were no longer valid. I doubt it means anything

The FAST box is dated 2003, and it hasn't had any upgrades. The car has been sitting for 4 - 5 years, but it is running fine.

Like I said, I doubt it means anything. Review the sensor readings and if they are ok, you should be fine.
