Check the cam sensor... Someone may have said that already tho...
That was the first thing I asked, was to make sure that the cam sensor is plugged in. And from his pics today.... Looks like it is.

Not trying to be an ass... But ALOT of good information has been posted in this thread... If this is your first turbo buick, then I suggest you get really, really familiar with the vortex site and the search function. You will be spending LOTS of time using both.

When I first got my car, I knew basic mechanic stuff. 14 years later, I can almost pinpoint problems with my car immediately. All of it comes from searches and reading. You will be an expert if you keep this car long enough... but for now, the best advise is STOP looking for the magic fix. If someone says something about plugs, check/change the plugs.

What ends up happening if you keep asking the same questions with out trying what has been said is people get pissed off and stop trying to help you. We all love a good mystery. But no one likes to try to help and the person ignores it...

Take the cap off the cam sensor have someone crank the engine over make sure the cam sensor is turning.

Fair enough I can understand that. I will read all the info inside out. And see what comes of it. This is my first turbo Buick and its all new to me. The next time I post it will be a very directed qustion. Thanks for the heads up on question asking. Don't want to make people think I don't listen.

Cool... Like I said, not trying to be an ass, just trying to help you get your car fixed. (y)

Engine flooded and all that gas have washed the oil creating a low compression.

Dry the plugs, add some drops of oil.
Rotate engine without fuel or sparks.

Then reinstall everything and crank it. It should smoke bit at first.

Check compression before to test compression and my theory.

What reading should the IAC have with the key in the on position but the engine is not running? This new one reads 150 like the one I replaced? New plugs and new wires still nothing

The default IAC setting is 150 with key on engine off.
