Clock on this site?

I was just looking at the times posted and they were an hour off. I have to set the clock to East Europe to get the right time and not Eastern US like where I am. Am I doing something wrong? Just a quark I was curious about. Not trying to give anyone a hard time.

Yeah, I noticed that also. Thought I must have selected GMT - 6 but no it was something else. Right now I have GMT +2 (which should be like the Slovakian area or something. Even so, it is still off by 4 minutes. Looks like someone is asleep at the wheel.
