ill post some photos of the lathe when i turn the other side of the input shafts over the next few days.the lathe is brutal .
 
So not the whole carrier is new correct? Do you "recycle" the bottom part? cut the top off and add a billet top?

Also is all this done on one machine?



Just curious. I just started working at a machine shop with some very big and very crazy cnc machines. Its very cool stuff
 
Wow! Very impressive. Thanks for posting these pics, it's nice to see when parts are really made in house vs just rebranded from someone else.
 
We use Hass stuff for Dentistry.
Cool.

Ever seen the youtube vid of many compressor wheels being milled at once on a five axis mill??
