I don't know how to best describe fine scratches in black paint. It looks like cobwebs to me. For example, the sun is shining on the car. From the center of the sun's reflection, I see straight fine scratches emminating from the sun's reflection. This is coupled with surrounding scratches in a circular pattern around the sun's reflection. It looks like cobwebs. I am sure it is from a rag, either buffing off wax or something. Anyhow, how to I get this out? I've tried an electric buffer with compound, mequiers, turtle wax, zaino, and it's still there. I would like the finish to just be glossy and reflective (like everyone else I'm sure).
