How safe is shipping cod?
Can i get screwed on cod?
Never done it before and as far as i know, no one does cod across border.

As far as I know,you cant get screwed shipping COD.That is unless the person doesnt accept the package,then you have to pay the COD fees.Not sure about shipping across the border though...

I wish more people would ship COD regardless of the fees...

Reason i ask is someone wants a part and is demanding that i ship cod or no deal.
Fed ex will not do it unless you have an account and its business to business.
This is the first time someone has demanded cod and it seems a bit fishy.

You need to wrap them well, and hard freeze them. Then make sure the packaging doesn't leak. International Cod sales are probably illegal, thou thawing might be an issue.

For all the problems in shipping Cod, I'd suggest just sending a gift certificate.

Also if you have had "fishy" sales in the past, COD is the best protection for the buyer.

make sure if you ship COD that payment on the other end is cash and cash only . not personal or business checks .
