I put a new tps on becuase I could not get 4.65 at wot. I was getting code 21 and 22 from the old tps as well. It was a new delco unit maybe 2 years old with 1k miles on it. So I bought another tps and sloted it to get the correct volts. I went throught the IAC reset and and set the tps with key on engine off to .42 at idle. I went through the reset twice and I 'm still geting a code 22. Something else I noticed is that with the dvom reading the tps when running that the voltage drops to .16 or so at idle. But yet I get tps circuit to high code, doesn't make sense. Unless I have my codes mixed up.
