Code 22 with TPS set at 0.42

Keep getting a code 22 even with the TPS set at 0.42 any ideas ? Should the TPS be set lower on an Hot Air Car.

Also keep getting a code 32 EGR. The computer says the EGR is on at idle, though it really is not as the actuator is closed. If you pull it the car idles poorly. If this a leaky solenoid ?

Replace the tps. I had the same thing happen. I would get code 22 and the tps was fine when I checked it. So I ran the car with turbo link hooked up till it did, the tps will momentarly go low, enough to set the code. Then it goes back to normal voltage.
