Hey guys,
I fixed a couple vacuum leaks I found over the weekend. I sealed a crack in the vac hard line that goes from the tb to the egr and cruise, and I replaced the pcv line (it hardened from being oil soaked). Now I have 15-16hg vac. Needle dances between the two but I think Its cause of my sh$tty idle. And I get a code 32 with it. VAC is getting to EGR. I pulled the long off while running and heard it pop. I thought EGR was disabled with a TT chip?
Any help is appreciated.

I checked my egr with a vacuum pump and it hold vacuum fine. Anything else I should check before a order a new egr solenoid?

On the back side of the solenoid there is a filter. Just went through this same problem. I cleaned it out becuase I couldn't find one on a Saturday.

Mine was pretty filthy. but there was plenty vacuum getting through it. I'll post when I get a new one.

Well I cleaned the old filter and threw it back in. Still got the code 32.
Any other ideas? Or a trouble-shooting tree?
