Code 41 happened again (bangin out)

Alright- It coded again, this time at the start line. Ran a 7.40 with it banging out all the way through the traps. Running 116 at 20 lb boost, so it is not detonating. I searched the archives and no one has ever come up with a definative fix for this code. I suspect the ign module or coilpack, but it also could be the wiring, the ESC, blah, blah, blah. Any assistance???

What kind of shape are your cam sensor and wiring in?

Code 41 is Cam Sensor Failure: (engine running, no cam signal) : for 1 second.

I understand what the code says, and my cam sensor is reasonably new (2 years) very few miles, wiring looks okay? I was also having a no start condition intermitently at the track. Checked grounds (including the module ground lead).

That no start condition would verify the cam sensor problem. Many other things could of course cause a no start condition, but the code 41 "and" the no start both point to the same source.

The biggest problem is going to be pinpointing the source, wiring/connector, etc.
