Cold air intake may sensor

I'm running a maf air flow sensor I want to put on a Crome cold air intake without the sensor is this possible without a problem thanks for any help

i assume you mean mat (IAT) sensor , you can put a hole in the kneck of the filter and install it there or leave it on the frame because it really doesnt change the fueling much unless its really cold or really hot , just dont eliminate it it or you will get a SES light and a code stored ,
tt chips usually default to 71deg if its disconnected so there isnt any driveability issues with it removed but you'd still get the SES lamp
