cold air intake systems???

wondering if those systems like pete tomka sells where the air filter is mounted under the car instead of in the engine compartement , like my k and n cone filter is now , make a big difference???besides the casper ultra chip for 30lbs injectors my gn has just your norm upgrades,fuel reg, pump,etc.;;

Keep the distance from the filter to the turbo as short and direct as possible.
