hello; I know there are people out there that collect all kinds of things. I have a official program of the GS Nationals from 1991. You can have it if you pay to ship. It's mint. On the back inner page there's an add for a Turbo magazine with a pic. of a TB burning at a track somewhere that's cool. And I don't mean burning rubber either.

Got the program, it is pretty cool piece of history. Thanks again brother!

hello; I know there's nothing much in the program but are you any good at posting an existing pic? That pic. of the TB burning would be cool to show others.

Just think

They didnt make aftermarket gnx emblems back then .. But no one would catch an x on fire at the track .. Cool pic !!

That was Buddy Cox's real GNX.

Yep!...It looked worse that it really was...I have a video of that fire followed by an interview done right after it happened and Buddy himself explains that it's a transmission cooler line that came loose spewing oil onto the hot headers which caught fire. No serious damage was done to the car.

Claude.

P.S: I'm not sure, but I believe that Buddy still owns the GNX...(#187)
