Hello,
I am interested in selling a complete drivetrain including AC,alternator, starter, computer, chip, intercooler, etc.
Info.
Bottom end.
Engine assembled by Womack Performance Engines in Denham Springs, Louisiana. They have done several Turbo Buicks including two builds for me and I have had absolutely zero issues with either build.
Stock Crank, stock rods, TRW forged pistons 0.30 over, Earlbrown modified front cover.
The top end was put together by Bison last October at Bowling Green.
Champion Irons with Comp 941 Springs. (150-152 lbs on the seats)
Intake squared up
3312/3312 112 LS comp cam installed@ 112 cl.
Roll master std timing set.
Hartland Sharp 1.55 roller rockers.
Blue Viton seals with no spring on the exhaust.
The engine has approximately 1,500 miles on it with 5 quarter mile passes on it.
The top end has 1 shake down pass and 2 quarter mile passes on it with approximately 200 miles on it.
Transmission
Built by Dave Husek, with zero track passes on it and approximately 50 break-in miles on it.
The transmission was built by Dave Husek initially 5 years ago and was awesome but I changed converters a few months ago and didn't put enough fluid back in the transmission and burnt 3rd gear. That's the reason for the new build and he upgraded the transmission and went with billet everything I could.
Plus we upgraded to a new Hughes deep pan and new larger transmission cooler to accommodate the added power.
Also brand new PTC 9.5 18 blade non lockup converter with approximately 50 miles on it.
Turbo
Brand new MFS 6265
Stock location Mease stretch intercooler.
60lb motron injectors
Turbo tweak alky chip
Razors alky kit with new pump
Powder coated Poston Hedders
I'm sure I'm forgetting something.
I am located in Greensburg, Louisiana
While at Bowling last year after Bison did his magic the car ran 10:912 @ 124.44 but bent an exhaust valve on the #4 cylinder head, in complete street trim weighing 3755 lbs with factory wheels and 255/60/r15 et streets and a 9.5 pro torque converter with way to much slippage. Since then the heads were repaired and I went back with the blue Viton seals with no spring on the exhaust. A brand new PTC converter and new transmission with no track data.
Bison anticipates with the new transmission, new converter and some lightening like wheels and a 275/60 tire the car should easily be a 10:50 car on about 27lbs of boost.
There is a write-up on this build on Bisons Facebook page" Theo's build"
I am asking $13,500 for everything plus shipping.
The only thing I would be willing to separate right now would be the motor from the transmission and converter.
In case you can't find the write-up I have included a screenshot below.
