I just ran a compression check on the buick.....engine was cold due to the fact i can't get it to start! lol just wondering if anyone knows what the compression numbers should be.
5-120
3-120
1-130
6-150
4-125
2-120
these are my numbers....i feel confident i have a blown head gasket(s)....do i?

I say that these numbers are really good for a cold motor. If you would have checked it when warm, you probably have gained about 15 more psi. Have you done a coolant leak down test?

NO. It is when your pressurize your coolant system to see if you have any leaks. 16-18lbs should work great on turbo cars. Have you checked your oil for water/coolant in it? You can rent a coolant tester from almost any part store. Google how to do a coolant leak test

i am leaking coolant from the water pump. I will be r2 it tomorrow. i have had a pressure test done on it before. my mechanic friend said it was fine...thank you for your help

If your leaking coolant, you need to change it. It is not a good thing. Think you have a head gasket, you will eventually!!
