Computer gurus - sachost backdoor virus??

On the computer the other day and getting my email. Had one of those phony email questions from an ebay buyer. Didn't click on anything in the email but noticed a lot of hard drive activity afterwards. Did a crt alt delete and saw this sachost program that I never noticed before. After doing a virus scan it caught the sachostc.exe virus and quaratined it.

Every time I turn the computer on now I see the sachost deal when I do a crt alt delete. How do I get rid of this thing and what exactly does it do?
