computer needed for efi v6?????

Hello from Australia!....I just joined turbobuick whilst looking for information on twin turboing my Australian buick motor( commonly found in early commodores (89-94 after that its ecotech motors)....My question is do i, or will i be needing a efi computer to run the twin turbo set up that i wish to put on my motor?? ( i havent got any parts yet im just in the reasearch stage at the moment) any help would be much appriciated!

depends on how you want to do it. sure you can go with EFI but theres nuthing wrong with a good carb setup.

how much do you want to spend is the first real question?

Aj, I think he has the same engine as a 3800 series I here. It wouldn't be hard and if you look in the new member hellos there is another member that has a wild set up he was thinking about selling. Check there and see about it. If you have trouble finding it look for "Hello from Austrailia". Hope this helps.

sorry guys was pretty late when i wrote this!, i believe it is the 3800 motor, i will check out the new members bit
