Concert II removal??? How too

How do you remove the front grill's on the doors to change the speakers???

You have to remove the door panel and speaker is mounted to the door.

If not mistaken the speakers are riveted in the door.

There are 3 screws holding the speaker to the door. When I installed the Infinity kappas, I removed the plastic mounting from the factory speaker and installed it to the back of the infinity speaker. Had to cut the back off to fit the infinity magnet. You will need a little longer screws to replace the factory screws. Then they fit perfect.

What size are the speakers behind the factory door "Concert Panels" ? 4 INCH? or....
