Concert sound 2 speaker replacement

I have looked thru quite a few discussions but have not found an exact answer. My GN has had the rear 4x10 replaced with Kenwood 4 ohm speakers and they are not sounding too good. The door speakers also do not sound too good either. Is there a definite replacement for these with the correct ohm rating and will fit?

Forgot to mention that the cassette radio has been replaced with a newer CD unit that also has the eq function. I don’t know if it has different ohm output for the speakers.
