He took 1st place of the highest HP today at the dyno day at the memorial day invasion at hannans motorsport in the city of inglewood beating the other guy by only 2 hp. :) , ralph came out on top with 580rwph but get this, 816  foot pounds of torque Wow!!!! , congrats Ralph nice way to represent the buicks community.. I wanna see that plaque when you get it..for sure there is a good 100hp left in that thing once you get in a real fuel management system installed on it.. I am pretty sure that if you had installed the TT chip the car for sure would off made another 50rwhp.. throw that Brutal-6 chip in the trash it is good for nothing and its old news ;).

Horale pues, see you monday at the track.

nice way to represent the buick squad congrats

Hey ralph mark is going to hand me your plaque and I will bring it to you on monday at the track, see you there.. i also forgot my chair there, hopefully nobody did the 5 finger discount on it. :(

Great job Ralph!!

I am guessing that was the Black Limited. Right?

Or was it the stage 2....

Way To Go Mr. Ralph

Ask him personally why he is going to a fast XFI system?, according to the dyno sheet, car was Way to lean between 3k to 5k and Way to rich after 5K dropping performance greatly.. his convertor was also extremely loose for his combination about 1k to be exact, I am sure once he gets the convertor re-stalled and the XFI tuned, that car will easily make over 700 to the wheels., I didn't mean to offend your chip making skills and if i did please accept my apology.. :)

The chip he has was originally burnt when the car had a P/I lock up convertor. I never even rode in it less tuned it afterwards so I don't doubt the calibration wasn't spot on.

I agree it sounds like the convertor is too loose to me as evidenced by the large disparity in torque vs H.P. with the cam that is in the motor. It's not that surprising with some of the issues Art Carr is having recently.

Jason and I had talked about changing valve springs at one point to but that didn't happen prior to him selling the car. That might be something else to consider. The car needs a decent downpipe also.
