well, that already started this year when you guys got Shilling. its the same thing. um, didnt the sox have the SECOND largest payroll in baseball(or very close to it)?how many home-grown players do the sox have?

the sox do have the second largest i think, but the yankees still spend like 80 million more. thats like getting 8 allstars for a season and that would help out alot. who do the yankees have that came up with them? jeter and maybe posada
