Connectors

Where does one find 1/8" blade/spade connectors for the three wires on the Scanmaster 2.1? I tried Radio Shack and Ace Hardware. The smallest I found was 3/16" Any suggestions on where to purchase these 1/8" connectors? Thanks!

I got mine at radio shaft. They're labeled .125

You really only need one. For the data line that plugs into the ALDL connector. Power can use a normal spad connector, and ground....whatever fits where you're connecting.

Did you mean Radio Shack? Or, is there a store called Radio Shaft? If, you meant Radio Shack, I tried there and they did not have connectors listed by size only wire gauge. Thanks!

My spade connector kept slipping out of the aldl port, so I just tapped into the wire behind the port with a t connector per the advice of a few others on here.

Scanmaster wiring question ?

Related Scanmaster question, don't mean to hijack - Can I wire the power, ground and data to the female side mate to the ALDL connector so I can easily plug/unplug ? Or, does the ALDL connnector not have power and ground available ? I figure this might be helpful to others too IF it can be done. Thanks
