Considering selling my fresh forged girdled 109 THS/TSM motor

I am considering selling my 109 if you don't want to wait forever to have one built this will be done soon. Lonnie is doing the work and is currently at his shop.

Block details are 3.830 bore with girdle and short fill, has been low 9's
Crank 3.400 steel crank std std
Oliver 6" rods
Forged pistons
Billet hydraulic roller cam
Champion GN1 14 bolt aluminum heads with full race port. They went 9's at 140 with 25lbs of boost with a LT70 turbo
ported stock lower intake
Finish Line scavenger pump and modified pan
BHJ balancer
SFI Wheel flex plate

Pan to lower intake manifold should be available in a few weeks.

Location is as stated in the ad at Lonnie's shop which is in Cincinnati Ohio for anyone that doesn't know that.
Anyone building a motor like this has a good idea what the cost will be so I didn't see a need to post anything. I don't have an exact price yet waiting till it is completed before setting the price simply because I haven't gotten the bill yet from Lonnie. Hopefully the pistons will arrive soon and I can get the ball rolling again. Ballpark will be around $9000 if I am to guess for any who don't have any idea. Thanks
