Here is a nice shift plate with a new Kirban's overlay. Chrome is very nice except for a small piece on the back corner. ( See Pic.) Once installed you'll never see it. Ash tray opens and closes nice. $75 and $12 to priority mail.

Guys this is a nice plate and the Kirbans overlay is darn close to original. Price lowered to $65 and $12 mailing and 3% paypal.
