control arm bushing #'s

I was wondering what is the best front control arm bushings are to use [for the uppers and lowers]

For a rubber type bushing like stock I have had good luck with the Moog Gold Series type bushings.

And of course a heat shield by the one near the downpipe.

I've had good luck with polygraphites ftom PST. They really tighten the front end.
