Converter identification

Trying to identify my torque converter it doesn't appear to be stock. Here's some pictures. It also has a tag welded on the side that says c5.

Definitely not stock and doesn't look to be a lock up as I can't see a flat spot for a clutch to contact.

I can't see any stickers on it as far as I can see by the pump but I haven't pulled if out either though

So I also posted this on Facebook on a GN page and someone believes it was a gentleman that smoked big cigars and also was big 15 to 20 years ago. He seen him at nationals when it was in hebron ohio. Don't know if someone has any idea on that.
