recently bought a converter and it was advertised as a "PATS" i have called them and PTC and both say it isn't one of theirs. the only markings it has is an E1 and straight across from that is 983 both on the side that faces the rear, and 17308 stamped on the side edge, and capitol N's all the way around the outer edge in between each outward "dimple" . Someone at PATS said it sounded like an Art Carr N-Stall converter but he couldn't be sure. it is black with balloon plate........ Anyone have an idea. i have a pic if needed. Thanks.
