converter lock up problems

I had my WE4 out for a highway cruise last weekend and I noticed that I was turning around 2600-2800 rpm at 65 mph.
I posted a message and I was instructed to do the brake peddle test and it works fine at around 45mph I see the rpm go up slightly when I hit the brake and go back down a second after I release,but when I take it up to around 65-70 the converter is unlocked. I have performed the same test at higher speeds and I see no change.

Any suggestions

Check wireing first, make sure connected to both switches and not shorting anywhere. if okay check switches with ohm meter also maybe the tcc solenoid? Check this thread and there are others on checking the system.

My guess is bad 4th pressure switch or vss something is out of whack in that line.

check fuse in fuse box on the right close to top says ecm sol its a 10 amp fuse.

I just fixed one on a car with shorted solenoid kept blowing fuse...replaced solenoid and works great now
